Privacy & Terms

The short version

• We never collect or store patient data: no client names, dates of service, member IDs or claim details. Please don't send us any.
• If you leave your email, we store it with which form you used (checklist or kit) and the ?src= tag of the link you came from, if any. We use it only for the checklist, the kit and the tracker.
• If you buy the kit, Stripe takes your payment. We receive your email, the amount, and the link's ?src= tag, never your card number. We email your download link with Resend. We never sell or rent your email.

What we collect

• An anonymous visit count. We count page views and button clicks, with the page, the link's ?src= tag and the referring site. No cookies or local storage; visitors are counted once a day using a one-way hash we can't turn back into an IP address.
• Your email, only if you submit a form. It's stored with our email provider, MailerLite.

Terms

• The kit: $49 once, US dollars, no subscription. Sold by AM Digital Products (the seller name on your receipt and card statement) for Money You're Owed. You get a PDF guide, an .xlsx workbook and a .docx file to download straight after payment; your download page link is also emailed to you.
• Refunds: if the kit isn't useful, email hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Licence: for use in your own practice. Please don't resell or publicly share the files.
• The panel tracker isn't built and isn't for sale.
• The checklist and kit are general information, not legal, billing or credentialing advice. Check your own agreement and each payer's rules.
• Facts about Headway come from its public help centre and press reports on the dates shown, and can change.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Headway. Headway is a trademark of its owner.
